Citrus Soy Dipping Sauce

Salty soy sauce and fresh citrus juice combine to make a deliciously tangy dressing or dipping sauce for sushi!

Ingredients

  • 7/8 cup Japanese soy sauce
  • tablespoons lemon juice, strained
  • tablespoons fresh orange juice, strained
  • Directions

      Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice and orange juice together in a glass jar.

      Shake well and refrigerate. This keeps for up to four weeks.
