Irresistible Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup raisins, chopped
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup
• 4 tablespoons sour milk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 cups flour, enough to roll
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

   Cream butter and sugar together.

   Add corn syrup and raisins, then sour milk with soda dissolved in it.

   Sift in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

   Roll out and cut with a round cutter and bake at 350 degrees until they are your favourite shade of brown.
