A Jack Frost favorite, adapted from a Byerly's cookbook is a pleasant change of pace from beef based stews.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    Brown pork in oil.

    Put slow cooker liner in crock pot.

    Combine all ingredients in crock pot.

    Stir.

    Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.

    Remove bay leaf before serving.
