Ingredients

  • 1 orange, zest of
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 (4 ounce) bags watercress
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds

    • Directions

    1. 1
      Slice orange over liquid measuring cup to catch juice.
    2. 2
      Whisk in 1 1/2 teaspoon orange zest and chopped garlic.
    3. 3
      Whisk in vegetable oil.
    4. 4
      Seaon with salt and pepper, if desired.
    5. 5
      Arrange watercress on platter.
    6. 6
      Top with orange and grapefruit slices.
    7. 7
      Drizzle with dressing mixture; top with almonds.
    8. 8
      Toss to combine.
