I can't come up with a good name for this salad, so I'm going to let the kind folks here at zaar name it. Make my salad, tell me what your thoughts are and a cool name. Winner gets two reviews of thier recipes in return. UPDATE: this salad has been named by zaar member sahaha, thank you to those who tried it and zmailed me a name.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    grill chicken and set aside.
  2. 2
    Wash lettuce greens and set aside to dry.
  3. 3
    Rinse liquid off black beans. Warm up in microwave for about 2 minutes.

    Cut up onions, bell peppers, and tomato.
  5. 5
    To layer place greens on bottom.
  6. 6
    Place sliced red onions on top.
  7. 7
    Next make a nice strip of each kind of pepper and the tomato.

    Place black beans on top.
  9. 9
    Finally top with chicken and cheese.
  10. 10
    To make dressing: in a small dish mix hot sauce with ranch dressing.

Very tasty and oh, so pretty. I did add one can of green chilis (drained) for a little more kick. I'd call this salad "Knockout Salad!" as in it packs a very good punch! I like the beans warm and also room temperature is fine with me.
