I LOVE this recipe so much I want to take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant. (With thanks to Tracey Jordan/30 Rock.) I used crushed dried chillies for the crushed red pepper flakes, and I used port — not sure if it is "ruby port" because I don't know what that is. Everything else was just as written. My husband and I were both so thrilled with the hot-sweetness. Really something different! We had ours with couscous... Please make this immediately, don't make me come over there!
