Prawn and Jamon Brochettas

Very simple and very tasty snack or addition to BBQ or tapas evening. If you can't get hold of serrano ham, you can replace with Parma ham or prosciutto.

Ingredients

  • 24 large raw tiger shrimp, tails on
  • 12 sheets serrano ham
  • olive oil
  • lemon
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Slice the sheets of ham lengthways, and wrap each shrimp in a half sheet.

      Thread onto a skewer.
    3. 3
      Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
    4. 4
      Cook on a BBQ or griddle.
