A mouthwatering apple crisp from my fiance's friend Nikki!

Ingredients

  • 6 apple, pared and sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oat
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    • Directions

    1. 1
      Put apples in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugar and water and pour over apples.
    2. 2
      Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
    3. 3
      Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
    4. 4
      Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes!
