a definite keeper - the picky boyfriend went back for a 3rd slice. i used a whole wheat pizza dough from my breadmaker, and the whole thing turned out delicious - forgot to prebake the dough, and the center was just a little too doughy and floppy, but, i'll definitely do this again (with the prebaking)

Great pizza! I used the pre-made dough from the supermarket for the crust and made the recipe exactly as written. Came out great! This is an amazing alternative to traditional pizza. Thanks for posting!

What a great recipe! I was intending to take some photos for you, but unfortunately the pizza looked so good coming out of the oven, we just couldn't wait to eat it! I will do my best next time to make some photos for you. This was a very easy recipe to prepare - I made everything pretty much as directed with the exception of using freshly minced garlic and cumin in addition to the chili powder - giving it a slightly more authentic Mexican/Fajita flavor. I didn't have any salsa on hand, so I used Miss Jennifers' Simple Salsa recipe (#128822), which complimented this recipe perfectly. I served the pizza, two slices to a plate along side a dollop of sour cream topped with freshly chopped chives - presentation was excellent, flavour was delicious. This is going to be a favorite i our home for sure! I'm delighted to have come acrossed this recipe - thanks for posting!

This is a great pizza! I got the recipe from Pampered Chef and it became an instant favorite. I use the refrigerated crust and thin Boboli sometimes too.
