I put this together one day when I was low on instant potato for a pie topping, great for topping casseroles too! I suppose you could increase this mixture too and shape into patties & fry, yummo!

1 1/2 cups approx (change servings and units)

    Combine water & potato, mix well.

    Add breadcrumbs, bacon & parsley & mix until mixture looks crumbly.
