I just put everything in the blender, added a handful of frozen blueberries and cranberries in addition to the fresh strawberries, and whizzed these into delicious milkshakes for the kids to enjoy during our Canada Day meal. I used greek yoghurt which I flavoured with a bit of vanilla extract and sweetened with some maple syrup as it needed some sweetening. I tried a bit and it's delicious.

Yum! I added a bit of sugar-free vanilla syrup for extra sweet.
