Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • medium tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • teaspoon oregano
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 garlic clove, minced
  • Directions

      Combine all ingredients.

      Stir gently.

      Cover and chill.

      Serve with tortilla chips, fish, or chicken.
