Fresh Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • cup boiling water
  • tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  • tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoon margarine
  • teaspoons lemon juice
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Pour boiling water over ginger and honey in a small saucepan.

      Cover; let stand 30 minutes.
    3. 3
      Cook over medium heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

      Strain; stir in margarine and lemon juice. Serve warm or cold.
