Baked Alfredo Ravioli Chicken OAMC

use cheese filled ravioli, or meat if you like and omit the chicken. substitute pesto sauce for the alfredo for a great new flavor! use asiago or romano cheese instead of parmesan! Like Dream Dinners Cookbook

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • lbs cheese ravioli
  • lb cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 2/3 cup fat free chicken broth
  • cups zucchini, slices 1/2 inch
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup low fat alfredo sauce
  • cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Directions

      spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

      combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
    3. 3
      stir gently to combine.
    4. 4
      pour into pan.
    5. 5
      cover with foil and freeze.
    6. 6
      to serve from frozen.

      thaw.

      preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      keep foil on and bake for about one hour, until bubbly.
