Taco Soup - Family Favorite

This recipe was given to me at a Weight Watchers meeting (1 cup = 2 pts.). It has become one of my family favorites. We love it for leftovers and it's also good to freeze for later.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    In medium stock pot, cook lean ground beef on medium high heat until browned. Drain beef and add onion, celery and bell pepper, saute until tender. Add taco spice and 2 cups of water cook about 15 minutes. Add ranch dressing mix, chile powder, cumin, cilantro, 2 cans tomatoes, corn and beans. Simmer 35 min on low.
