Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2-4 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

    • Directions

      Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty Ziploc bag or glass pan.

      Add your choice of pork, beef, chicken or fish.

      Marinate for at least two hours.

      Prepare in your preferred method of cooking.
