This is a recipe I found and tweaked a bit. My house smelled great while I was cooking it!

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place the meat in the slow cooker.
  2. 2
    In a small bowl, mix together the three mix packs.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle the mixes over the roast.
  4. 4
    Pour the water around the edge of the meat.
  5. 5
    Place the carrots around the meat.
  6. 6
    Cook on low for 5 hours.
  7. 7
    Add the potatoes after the 5 hours is up.
  8. 8
    Cook for another 2 hours.
  9. 9
    Serve and enjoy!

This is the best roast I have ever had! The meat is so tender and it literally falls apart, in a good way! Thanks for posting this recipe. It is my bf's new favorite recipe.

    This roast is delicious! So flavorful and tender!! I didn't make it with the carrots and potatoes but I bet they'd be tasty in that gravy. This is going to be my #1 roast recipe from now on. Thanks for posting!
