This one of my favorite desert recipes. I think the pretzels give it a little different taste, and blends well with the strawberries.

SERVES 12 -15 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar.
  2. 2
    Press this mixture in a 13x9 baking pan.
  3. 3
    Bake 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Cool.
  4. 4
    Combine cream cheese and sugar and mix well.
  5. 5
    Add cool whip to mixture and blend well.
  6. 6
    Pour over cooled pretzel layer.
  7. 7
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  8. 8
    Add frozen strawberries and stir until strawberries thaw and gelatin starts to thicken.

    Pour over cream cheese layer.
  10. 10
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.

    Cut into squares.
