Wow, this is so simple and so delicious. It was crispy from the snap peas, and the sweet flavor of the red onion and tang from the lemon and the hint of garlic made it really tasty. This is a great refreshing salad. . . I will definitely make again. I used Extra Light Olive oil mixed with the fresh squeezed lemons (used my juicer) Thank you for sharing something I will repeat and enjoy. Great for summer!!!! (Made for Bevy Tag 6/08)
