I used olive oil mayonnaise. Maybe more than 1/4 cup of parmesan. It's delicious. And I bet this morning it's even better. Thanks Sage. Made for the Babes of ZWT4

This is a very nice low-fat dressing. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I think I would prefer to mince the garlic next time (or ensure that crushed cloves don't end up in salad). Made for ZWT 4
