This is kind of a combination of different recipes from Jaffrey's Quick Indian Cookbook.

    Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet. Saute garlic and ginger one minute. Add spices, scrambled eggs and tomatoes and stir until soft set.

    Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
