I was not really a fan of this at all - nor was my family. I made this quick & easy recipe up to go along with soup for lunch today, and was exceptionally disappointed. My husband likened the flavour and texture to a less salty, dried play-dough. We will certainly not be making this recipe again. I found this recipe very disappointing...

OMG... That was sooooooo easy and so delicious. I didn't have self rising flour so I used 1 cup of regular flour with 1.5 teaspoons of baking power. I've been searching for a simple easy recipe. Thank you for sharing and if I could give more stars for something so simple I would.

My 2 year old helped make these in mini-muffin pans so they were just her size. I used Soy milk and they came out so moist! Also, didn't have self-rising flour so added 1 1/2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp salt to 1 cup flour.

What a great recipe. I've actually made it quite a few times now - it's just so quick and easy to throw together. I make my scones quite small as my girls always want one for each hand so normally get 16 out of a mix. Thanks for posting a fabulous recipe.
