Citrus Vinaigrette

From 1001 Low Fat Vegetarian. They serve this on a mixed bean and vegetable salad. I think it would be good on steamed cauliflower or a tossed green salad too.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoon ground cumin
  • teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • Directions

      Mix all ingredients.
    2. 2
      Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix again before serving.
