This was a nice recipe that kept the pork chops nice & moist & tender. There isn't a whole lot of apple flavour - I'm wondering if a little bit of brown sugar would have brought that out a little more.

Easy recipe. I have Rival Crock Pot and 7-9 hours was way too much time on low. I would say 5-6 hours would be better. My chops actually dried out and started burning on the edges that were in contact with the crock...we just ate what wasn't overcooked. That said, good flavor, easy to make and, with a little bit of salt, very good. I think with a time adjustment, this is a keeper recipe.
