Wrong, wrong ~ This recipe serves only one, & that's just fine with me! I like cottage cheese, & not usually sweet, so I cut the sugar back to 1 tablespoon, & since I also like raisins, I used a nicely rounded 1/4 cup! Simple, quick prep, & tasty! Wonderful! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's PAC]
