A surprisingly good mix of flavors in a sin free treat! I omitted the sugar as my watermelon was plenty sweet and I used diet Sprite for the bubbly portion. I wasn't too wild about the raspberry seeds but not bothered enough to try and strain them out. In my case, this was an excellent use of that last bit of watermelon that's lost its prime eating texture. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
