Wow, was this ever a nice recipe to find! An interesting group of ingredients, that all mesh together in perfect harmony. I had brought leftovers with me to work, and gave the recipe away the same day. I went with the sharp cheddar on this. I also would recommend as the cheese blends in nicely with the cabbage. Give this recipe a try, you will be glad you did!

Yum! I knew as soon as I read the ingredients this would be good! I love cabbage and this is a delicious way to fix it! It's mild and the ingredients compliment the cabbage so well. When putting the topping together I used a zip-lock to mix them and got ahead of myself putting the paprika in instead of sprinkling it on top, but no matter, it's all good!
