Ingredients

  • 1/2 (7 1/16 ounce) can tuna
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar, to taste
  • cup baby spinach
  • Directions

      Empty 1/2 can of tuna into a small bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients.

      Place mixture on a bed of baby spinach.
