Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 6 pork chops, 1 1/2 inchs thick
• 2 cups cider vinegar
• 2 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon steak sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• sweet basil, to taste
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons celery leaves
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

   In glass dish combine all ingredients except pork chops.

   Add chops; cover and marinade at least 6 hours.

   Remove from marinade and place on grill.

   Cook 24 to 30 minutes or until done, turning and brishing frequently with marinade.

   Discard any remaining marinade when chops are done.
