If you like cinnamon, fig and banana, you'll love this smoothie! It is fat free and any kind of milk can be used.

I really like this! I subbed out 1/2 of the milk for fat free vanilla yogurt and then eliminated the honey/vanilla. This was fantastic. . .thanks!
