This was great! I forgot to cover it so the top layer of chicken got all crispy but the rest was just fine. I removed the crispy chicken before I topped it with the cheese. I substituted blue corn tortilla chips for the Dorritos to make it slightly healthier and it turned out great. I also used one of the whole chickens already cooked from the grocery store which saved a lot of time. Great recipe! It was very tasty, inexpensive, and fairly low in calories.
