Easy to make. Delicious- spicy and garlic-y. My wife loves the crunchy fried garlic left at the end!

SERVES 3 -4 (change servings and units)

    heat oil in pan.

    add garlic & cook for about 30-60sec.
  3. 3
    add green beans & chili peppers, cook until hot, but still crispy.
  4. 4
    sprinkle seasoned salt to taste- be careful not to add to much or it can be over-poweringly salty.
