I loved this as a kid. Even though you have to use the blender, it's worth it because this dessert is THAT good! (Found on Kraft's website.)

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Dissolve dry gelatin mix in boiling water in bowl. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; add to gelatin mixture. Add to blender; cover and blend 30 sec.
  2. 2
Add whipped topping; cover. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3
Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 20 minute or until set. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

A dessert that also brings back childhood memories for me. Super easy to make and a guilt-free dessert since I used sugar-free Jell-O and Cool Whip Free.

Thanks for posting this. I had this all the time when I was a child and a teenager and somehow I had forgotten this. It is so good!
