This is my personal recipe. It is has a very rich and complex flavor. This took years of trial and error. I hope you enjoy!

SERVES 10 , 10 10 large bowls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    -brown bacon, remove & chop.

    -brown sausage, remove.

    -brown beef, remove.

    - add onion, celery & bell peppers
  5. 5
    - cook 15 minutes.

    -add meat, oregano, ½ worsteshire, & ½ broth cook 15 minutes.

    - mix all seasoning
  8. 8
    (except sugar, MSG, coco).

    -add 3 Tbs. seasoning
  10. 10
    & garlic & shallots

    -cook 15 minute.

    -add roasted chilies,

    ½ broth, ½ spice mix,

    ½ worsteshire S&P, MSG,

    -simmer 1 hours.

    -add rest of spices,

    sugar, molasses, hot sauce.

    - cook simmer 15 minutes.

    -keep on low for hours or as needed.

    Garnish:.

    -Bacon bits.

    -oyster crackers.

    -sour cream.

    -sharp cheddar cheese.

    -red onion diced.
