I selected this to make for PAC Spring 2008 because I really enjoy Rachael Ray recipes. The Rachael Ray recipe I found on line was quite different from this version. The recipe called for several strips of orange and lemon peel as well as crushed red pepper flakes and fennel seeds. I made the spicier version and the olives quickly disappeared.
