Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen orange juice
- 1-2 oranges, zest of
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Directions

Wash orange(s) and dry.2
Remove zest from orange with microplaner.3
Mix zest with other ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat till just comes to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes.4
Serve over wild duck, goose, pheasant or wild rice. Also very good for basting duck or goose.
