By: South Carolina Girl
Mar 30, 2008

This is a recipe I found in my mom's collection. I made it for my students, and they gave it their approval. I found that I need to bake them for 14-16 minutes instead of 10-12.

SERVES 18 , 36 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2
Mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs.
  3. 3
    Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. 4
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. 5
Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
