This recipe was 'napped from www.wholefoodsmarket.com then tweaked a bit. The original recipe called for R.W. Knudsen Mango Fandango Spritzer, rather than just club soda.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1/2 cup ice, crushed (optional)
  • 1 cup club soda

    • Directions

    1. 1
      Put 1st four ingredients in blender, & blend away!
    2. 2
      Gently stir in chilled spritzer, pour into glasses & enjoy!

    Glad you napped this one Sydney Mike! It's a hot day outside and this little baby fit the bill perfectly. It really deserves its' name because it has a pure mango flavor and the club soda causes it to sparkle in your mouth. After the photo, I added a splash of grenadine and that made it even prettier. Thank you.
