Ingredients

  • lbs pork roast
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • quart sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Season meat with pepper & garlic.
    2. 2
      Place in roast pan, & bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour.
    3. 3
      Add 1/2 cup of water & sauerkraut to the pan.
    4. 4
      Bake an additional 30 minutes.
    5. 5
      Serving size is approximate.
