Raw foods, or living foods, are nutritional powerhouses, full of unadulterated vitamins, minerals and antioxidents. However, many raw recipes can be challenging, or need special equipment. Here's a simple one that is great for breakfast.

Wow! This was good! I made it two ways today. The first time I mostly followed the recipe except I hadn't planned ahead, so I used a non-frozen banana. It was so good that I tried it later with a frozen banana and chocolate almond milk. Also really good (except for the brain-freeze). I liked it better a little less frozen. This is a great combination that I would never have thought of. I so glad I found this recipe! We'll definitely be having this again! Reviewed for Pick-A-Chef.
