Ingredients
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (I like medium to sharp cheddar)
- 3/4 cup bacon, crumbled (approx 6-7 pieces)
- 1/2 cup broccoli or spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (pepper to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 175ºC. Layer 1st 4 ingredients in 10” buttered pie plate.3
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over layers.4
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
