This recipe from an old magazine was created to help firefighters to lower their cholesterol. It's quick, simple and tasty - perfect fuel for putting out whatever kind of "fire" you're fighting.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

    Mix all ingredients and eat immediately.

    OPTIONAL: Mix several servings of dry ingredients, cover and use within 1-2 weeks. When ready to eat, add honey and milk to amt of serving of dry ingredients then serve.
