Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 2 lemon, juice of
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2-1 cup water

    • Directions

      Combine all ingredients in a saucepan & simmer over a low heat until chicken is fully cooked.

    Ooooh i really enjoyed this chicken! it was very light and tasteful! i will for sure be making this again!!! i may add a couple extra cloves of garlic.... but i LOVED the lemon flavor in the chicken!!
