fishy goodness. even my friend who wasn't too sure about fish liked it

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Peel ginger and slice thinly.

    Season salmon with pepper.
  3. 3
    Mix everything but the salmon in a pan and bring to a boil.
  4. 4
    Once the water boils, place salmon into pan and reduce to a simmer.
  5. 5
    Cook thoroughly. The fish browns and falls apart in the sauce when it is ready.
  6. 6
    This is wonderful served over a salad.
