Yummy. I cut the oregano by half and used slightly less red wine vinegar and lime juice. Then I found that our orange juice was all gone(teenage son in the house, what can I say?) so I subbed some fresh pineapple chunks and Minute Maid Cherry Lime Ade. I omitted the fresh cilantro. I used the marinade on 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts, let them soak about 6 hours and bar-b-qued them on the grill. We all flipped for the flavor and I will most assuredly be using this recipe again! Wonderful!
