My family and I are always looking for new fish recipes, my kids just can't get enough of it. This marinade was DELICIOUS, I did everything exactly as directed, except I should have made more...lol. Made this as a thank you for Help-a-cameraless-Chef. Thanks!

Wonderful! This is very simple and very tasty. I used a little more ginger because I'm such a big fan, but otherwise made as directed. I grilled this on a stove-top grill pan and can't wait to have it again. Thanks Bek! Made for PAC Spring 2008.

This is excellent!!! Mahi Mahi is one fish that all five of my kids love, but this recipe is phenomenal. The grilling compliments the flavor in the soy/ginger marinade perfectly. Served w/jasmine rice & grilled vegetables it is yummy & healthy.
