This recipe came from a local recipe pamphlet. It's a good summer dish...good for BBQ's and picnics.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Heat beans.
  2. 2
    Rinse and drain.
  3. 3
    Place beans in a bowl.
  4. 4
    In another bowl, combine the sugar, dry mustard, wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Add tomato and most of the herbs and onions to the hot beans.

    Toss beans gently with dressing until well coated.
  7. 7
    Cook to room temperature, then chill.
  8. 8
    Sprinkle with remaining herbs and serve.
