These were indeed extra tasty. I used fat free milk, reduced fat cheddar and low fat margarine rather than butter and everything still turned out well. It was just the right amount of cheese not to over power the eggs but to add to the flavor of the dish. I made mine on the stove rather than in the microwave as I never like nuked eggs very much. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

DH had eaten the rest of the vintage cheese without telling me so I had to sub regular tasty along with some aged parmesan. I like Tisme also did mine in the microwave and added some snipped chives also. Served on some wholemeal bread, this was a lovely & satisfying brekky!

I had to use cheddar cheese, and I used some chives from the garden. Very creamy and light, I must admit to making most of my recipe in the microwave, and it came out terrific! I loved these scrambled eggs as did DH, the only thing is that I do not think it would have served more than 3, as there was only the two of us for dinner it didnt matter, but there was only just enough, but we don't eat eggs much and we love scrambled eggs for a treat, hence we may eat more than some other people. But all that said........... I will be making again, quick and easy and so very tasty, I will just double next time to serve the 4 scrambled egg lovers! Thanks Sonya. Fantastic!
