Off the back of a bag of flour - waiting to try it!

SERVES 12 , 12 muffins (change servings and units)

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Line 12 muffin cups or spray with nonstick spray.

    Combine flours, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

    Add apples, carrots, raisins, walnuts and coconut, and mix well.

    Add oil, milk, vanilla, and eggs.

    Stir just until combined!

    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.

    Bake 20-25 minutes or until they test done.
