Mustard-Crusted Roast New Potatoes With Shallots and Garlic

Recipe #291504 | 55 min | 10 min prep | add private note
French Tart

By: French Tart
Mar 12, 2008

A flavour packed roast potato recipe which results in crisp and crunchy little new potatoes with caramelised shallots in a wholegrain mustard crust. Wonderful for dinner parties as well as BBQ's. These are SO easy to prepare, no peeling required and they can be prepared ahead of time.

Good recipe, but needed something. The wife, daughter and I all agree. Maybe some rosemary?

Very good. Served this with turkey burgers, steamed broccoli, and fresh green salad. I used quite a bit of salt, but I'm a salt lover.

I loved these potatoes and they were totally simple to put together. They went great with our Easter ham. Thanks for posting!
